Course Preview
Open water swim includes lifeguards, buoys for spotting practice, and an open water swim clinic. Parking on site is $7, please bring cash.
Swim clinic is optional. You may start swimming at 7am, or attend the clinic at 7am and swim after.
Bike course preview includes a lead and mid-pack bike for each course. Helmets are required. Half-iron, Olympic, Sprint, and Try-a-Tri bike courses will be previewed. Biking starts at 9am
