Lancaster In-Person Strides Against Stigma 5K
This in-person event will begin at 10:00am at Herr Park in Lancaster, PA. Participants will run or walk a 5K course, or they can choose a shorter path at the park.
Registration is free, but in order to receive an Aevidum shirt, participants must donate or fundraise a minimum of $15.00. During registration, participants will be prompted to create their own fundraising pages.

Virtual Strides Against Stigma 5K
For $25, participants will receive a race shirt and race sticker so that they can participate in the event any time throughout the month of May.
