The 2026 Run4Health theme is Safety First — participants are encouraged to dress as their favorite community helper. Community helpers are individuals who provide essential services that support the wellbeing and safety of their communities, such as teachers, healthcare workers, police officers, and firefighters.
The Run 4 Health 5K is presented by the Okaloosa County Community Health Improvement Partnership (OCHIP) in support of the Early Learning Coalition of the Emerald Coast, whose mission is to support the success of every child and family through quality early education and care.
Awards will be given to runners and walkers in the following categories: Overall Male, Overall Female, and 1st–2nd place in each age group for both males and females.
All sponsorships, donations, and event proceeds benefit the Early Learning Coalition of the Emerald Coast and are considered undesignated funds unless otherwise specified by the donor. Proceeds from this year’s race will support the SAFE Start Grant, which helps childcare providers enhance security at their facilities.
