Students of Scriptures 5K - Race of Champions

Come join The Students of Scripture Race Team for what will be the most competitive, most enjoyable 5K race of the year!  You won’t believe our award listing and our post-race party is one you won’t want to miss!

The race will be held on a flat 3.1 miles (5K) course with partial shade during beautiful South Florida December weather. This is a fast course, and we expect we will have many personal records broken!  A lead vehicle will record the race leader and broadcast live to Facebook, Instagram and to a giant monitor at the finish line area.

We will have a warm, friendly atmosphere that is welcoming for everyone!  Bring your friends, families (including your furry friends) and your co-workers too!

• 7:45am – Prayer 🙏
• 7:50am – US National Anthem
• 8:00am – Race start 🏃‍♂️
• 9:00am – Rollerblade race starts
• 9:45am – Shopping cart race start
• 10:00am – Awards Ceremony

There is special pricing for all registrants who are over 70 or under 10 on race day – Only $25.00!

Awards will be given for runners, Husband and Wife teams, runners with dogs, para-athletes, rollerbladers, blade runners and more!  Please be sure to select your category when registering.  (All Rollerbladers must wear protective gear which includes helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and gloves!).  Check out this link for all of our awards!

Shopping Cart Race Info:

 Rules:

• 10 equal shopping cart race 300meters relay (100meters for each runner)
• Shopping cart race is a team race (10men/10women/10 teen)
• The winners will take 3 carts full of food and the other 7 carts left will be donated to the institution shown in the tag on the front of the shopping cart winner.
• Runners must be any competitor who did not go to the podium at the 5K race.
• Only 10 teams, registration is first come first serve.
