Description
Join us for another year of family fun at "Run Like the Dickens!" This one-mile fun run will be held at Main Beach, Amelia Island on Saturday, December 9, 2023, starting at 8:30AM.
Come early for the pre-race warm up, courtesy of the YMCA. It'll get you fired up for the fun! The course will be a simple out, round the tree, and back beach run, direction may change based on conditions. Please note that this is not a chipped race.
The awards ceremony will take place at the Sandbar Amelia Island directly following the race. The Sandbar is opening early to offer complementary coffee & hot chocolate and $6 breakfast sandwiches from 8:30am - 9:00am. Brunch will also be available at 9:00am for race participants. And stick around for Santa, who will arrive at 10:00am for photo ops!
Register through Friday, December 1st until 5:00PM and receive an official Run Like the Dickens premium t-shirt.
All are welcome - including kids and dogs. Costumes and laughs are encouraged!
