Women's Open Water Swim Clinic

Looking to get confident & have FUN in open water? Join us! We will be covering everything you need to know to approach open water swimming and your race day with ease and calm. 

Led by Coach Coral Owen & Coach Katie McEnery of Team BABE Athletics, Tampa Bay's only all-women's tri community.

What we’ll cover:

~ Sighting
~ Breathing
~ Different stroke techniques
~ Managing swim anxiety
~ Handling contact during a race
~ Starts/exits/buoy turns
~ Putting all the pieces together!

Additional details:

~ No open water experience required
~ Must be able to swim 50 yards continuously
~ Limited spaces available
~ You must complete the 2026 BABE Annual Membership ($10) for insurance coverage to participate in this event.
