Coaches Barry and Michele have been training endurance athletes for 20 years. If this is to be your First or Fastest race Coach Barry & Michele are ready for you! Join and Believe to Achieve with fitness and fun powered by group camaraderie

Program includes

• Daily training workouts delivered by email or to your smart phone
• 15 week training camp (15 week half marathon or 20 week full marathon training plan provided)
• Sunday morning group sessions (alternating locations)
• Coaches available by email and available for Zoom One on One meetings
• Workshops:
  • Running Zone Shoe and Equipment Clinic
  • Principle of Endurance Training
  • Injury prevention
  • Nutrition and more
