Bitcoin Dash – 400m Beach Sprint (Sunset Circuit)

Event Overview
A fast, fun 400-meter sprint on the beach followed by a community workout and cool down at sunset. All ages and paces welcome—run it all-out or jog it for fun.

Registration & Fees
$15 entry (online registration preferred)
Day-of check-in opens at 4:30 pm at Oceanfront Park

Schedule
5:00 pm — Bitcoin Dash (400m)
5:10 pm — Awards (podium photos)
5:15 pm — Move: Adults: Sunset Circuit full-body workout (all levels) • Kids: Kickball (Coach Jeff)
5:45 pm — Cool Down: deep stretch + intention-setting sound bath
6:00 pm — Group photo

Overall Winner: $50 paid in Bitcoin

Age-group medals: (Men, Women, Open) U5, U7, U9, U11, U13, 13–18, 19–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50-59, 60+
Overall prize = fastest time regardless of division.

Course
400 meters on hard-packed sand near the waterline.
Straight 200 meters, turn around the flag, finish at the starting line

Footwear optional—most runners prefer flats/light trainers.

What to Bring
Water and a yoga mat/towel for the workout/cool down.
Sunscreen/hat for late-afternoon sun.

Parking & Restrooms
Street and lot parking near Oceanfront Park (metered in some areas).
Park restrooms are available.

Rules & Notes
Family-friendly; strollers welcome on the park paths (not on the sprint lane).
No on-site sales per permit; merch available online.

By registering, you agree to the event rules and the RunSignUp waiver as well as the JaxBeach permit waiver.

Weather / Refund Policy
This is a rain-or-shine event. Start may be delayed or canceled for lightning or unsafe surf conditions at the race director’s discretion. If canceled, entries will be deferred to the next Sunset Circuit Dash (refunds available upon request).
