Join us for the inaugural 5K hosted by Spanish Girls Run — a community-rooted movement that’s redefining what a runner looks like and who wellness is for. This race is more than just miles — it’s a celebration of culture, visibility, and power in motion.

Timed, beginner-friendly, and full of purpose, this 5K honors the closing of Hispanic Heritage Month and fuels our mission to create more inclusive, safe, and empowering spaces in fitness for Latinas, women of color, moms, and allies.

Includes:
• Chip-timed 5K run/walk
• FREE kids race (ages 10 & under)
• Finisher medals (coming soon)
• Virtual 5K option for those out of town
• Community vendors + sponsor activations
• Music, movement, and culture

Race Capacity: Capped at 500 participants — secure your spot early!

Proceeds:
A portion of proceeds support Spanish Girls Run’s community programs, including scholarships, youth engagement, and wellness access.

AGE GROUP AWARDS:

5K  will each have awards presentation given to the following age groups:
Top Overall Male & Female
Top 3 male & female in age groups 14 & under, 15-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

** This is a rain or shine event. Race continues in the rain. If there is lightning in the area, race could delay or postpone until it is safe to resume. Florida weather is unpredictable and often changes. Race decisions are made closer to start time of each race. If any updates are made, all participants would be emailed through RunSignup and race would post details on their Facebook/Instagram.
