Take your running to the next level!

If you can run a 5k and a 10k is next on your bucket list, join our 12-week 10k program that culminates in running the Denis L Fontaine Memorial Lake to Lake 10k on Saturday, November 6th, 2021 at 7:30 am. You can read everything about the race HERE

This program is designed for current 5k runners* to gradually build their endurance and experience so they can complete a 10k (6.2 mile) race.  AND be ready to tackle future running challenges with knowledge and confidence.

The program includes:
• Free entry into the Denis L Fontaine Memorial Lake to Lake 10k
• Saturday group workouts led by an RRCA certified coach and trainers from the Lakeland Runners Club.
• Weekly training plan and educational topics
• Custom long sleeve group tech shirt
•  Private Facebook group

We are also offering a “shirt only” option for those who would like to participate in the group, but not run the Lake to Lake 10k.  The cost is $20 and you get all the program benefits except race entry.

*Runners must be at least 14 years of age and have a current 5k time of 50 minutes or less to participate in this program.
