This race is held by the Lakeland Runners Club, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to promote running and fitness for people of all ages and abilities in the community.
Join the LRC for the 45th annual Lake to Lake 10k! This race is the oldest annual race in Polk County and runs through the Lakeland chain of lakes and historic Lake Morton district, encompassing three lakes during the course.
These are LIVE, in-person events. There are no virtual options.
RACE DATE and START: The race takes place in November 6 and starts at 7:30 AM near Lake Mirror.
REGISTRATION: Lake to Lake registration will close on November 3rd. Walk-up registration will be available during packet up pick Friday and Saturday. Shirts are not guaranteed for anyone registering after October 22nd.
PACKET PICK UP: Early packet pickup will be on the Friday prior to the race from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at TBD. Race day pickup will be 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM at the Lake Mirror Promenade.
COURSE MAP: The 10k will start on Rose street and finish on the Lake Mirror Promenade.
AWARDS: The overall male and female winners will be determined by gun time. Masters and grand masters and all other age rewards are determined by their chip time. Awards will be presented around 9:00 AM on the Promenade.
SHIRTS AND MEDALS: Every participant will receive a finishers medal and a shirt, but you need to register early to have this guaranteed.
REFUND POLICY: If the Lakeland Runners Club would need to cancel the race, participants will be refunded their race entry fee.

The Lake to Lake 10k was founded in 1977.
Shirts and medals are guaranteed for participants meeting specific registration cutoff dates.
Shirts are gender-specific 50/25/25 poly/combed ring-spun cotton/rayon.
