Join the 5K for PTSD Awareness Day — Run with Purpose, Walk with Heart
Every mile you move is a message: You are not alone. We see you. We honor you.
On PTSD Awareness Day, we gather for more than just a 5K — we gather to stand shoulder to shoulder with the heroes who have carried the weight of trauma, often in silence. This event supports Healing Hometown Heroes' peer-to-peer mental health program, directly funding resources and safe spaces for first responders and veterans to heal, together.
Whether you’re running in honor of a first responder who pulled you from wreckage, saved your loved one during a medical crisis, or a veteran who served with courage and sacrifice — your participation becomes an act of gratitude, healing, and solidarity.
Let this be more than a race. Let it be a demonstration of how selfless we can be in giving back to those who’ve given so much. Let it be a living tribute — to resilience, to service, to community.
