Join BRACE for the 2025 Disaster Dash 5K Run/ Walk!

Taking place in historic Seville Square on June 7, the Disaster Dash 5K will kick-off hurricane season by raising awareness of the ways our community can be prepared before, during, and after a disaster.

Route:

• Super flat 3.1 Mile course through historic downtown Pensacola
• Starts and Ends at Seville Square

Race Details:

• Dr. Anthony Inzillo with SWELL Physical Therapy & Performance will be leading runners through a pre-race dynamic warm-up session
• Race begins at 7:00 AM
• Strollers and registered service animals permitted
• Course opens to traffic one hour after the start
• Swell Phsycial Therapy & Performance will also be set up after the race to help runners recover and evaluate any pain or injuries.

After Party:

• Free family-friendly event
• Learn about hurricane season preparedness
• Live DJ and sponsor booths
