HOT TO TROT - Members Only

Date: April 27th, 2024

This is a free event for SGCYC Members only.

Doors open at 5:30 pm. (not before unless you are on the setting up team.)

Refreshments start at 6:00 pm ( beer, wine, and soft drinks )

The races start promptly at 6:00 pm

The club will provide light snacks at each table.  You are encouraged to bring extra food or snacks to share on your table,

There will be 6 races. Jockeys should be creative and fun to create an atmosphere.

The room limit is 175 persons.  WE HAVE 90 Guests available to attend. Volunteers, Jockeys, & Partners have priority.

Other guests, are first to sign in up to the limit.

Please only book your spot if you are sure to attend, to be fair to other members.

It’s a night at the races, come to have fun, drink, eat and bet with your friends.  Bring plenty of $$$$$$.    

Wear your name badge, as we have many new members.

You can sign up now online to attend. Those taking part WILL RECEIVE A RESERVED INVITE   to sign up.  Don’t leave it till the last minute. This event is always sold out and has a waitlist.
