Love on the Run 5K

Babcock Ranch is excited to announce our inaugural Love on the Run 5K Run/Walk. The Love on the Run 5K Run/Walk at Babcock Ranch is a perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day, combining a scenic course with a fun, festive atmosphere.

There will be post-race snacks and awards. 

Awards:

Age group awards are based off-chip time.
There will be overall awards and finisher medals.

Actual Awards:
1st Place Overall Awards: Male & Female.
1st Place Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Grand Masters: Male & Female
In-person awards to the top three M/F in the following age groups:14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.

Q: Is this a timed race? 
A: Yes, the 5K is chip-timed by Beach Bum Timing.
Q: Is there an Untimed fun run?
A: Yes, the untimed fun run will start 5 minutes after timed 5K.
Q: What is the course surface like?
A: The course is paved roads and sidewalks.
Q: Are dogs allowed on the course? 
A: You may run with your dog, but you assume ALL responsibility for your dog. Your pet must be leashed at all times and up to date on vaccinations. Please pick up after your pooch. Participants with dogs will start at the back of the race. 
Q: Are strollers allowed on the course? 
A: Yes. Participants with strollers must start at the back of the race. 
Q: Is the course good for spectators? 
A: Yes.
