 Event Overview:

### Important Pre-Race Details:

- **Stretch Session:** Join us 20 minutes before the 

- Take the opportunity to meet your new race director, who is excited to welcome you and support you throughout the event.

PACKET PICK UP IS RACE MORNING STARTING AT 6:30AM

Courses:

10K:
Start behind the auditorium,, Van Wezel parking lot 
Run to and over the bridge, to Bird Key Park, keep going west almost to St Armand Circle, turn around) will be marked, back to Bird Key Park, go under the bridge to the south side, over the bridge, Hart's Landing Bait Shop under the bridge to the other side, to the Ritz, and back to the start.

Run to and over the bridge, turn around about almost to the top, come back the same way.

water stop every 1.5 mile
