OUR RACE WILL NOW BE VIRTUAL
With the continued uncertainty due to the Coronavirus and to ensure the health and safety of all our participants, we have made the difficult decision to switch our event to a 'Virtual Race'.
We held out hope that the race could be run, but this kind of event would not be responsible or realistic on October 3rd.
We will issue a refund for all current participants who choose not to participate in the virtual race.
All participants who choose the virtual option will be automatically switched over.
5K participants will receive a participant t-shirt, medal, and runner’s bib. 1 mile fun run participants will receive a medal and runner's bib.

What does the Tampa Firefighters 10th Annual Fire 5K event benefit?
100% of the proceeds of our Annual Pediatric Burn Survivor 5K/1 mile Fun/Run benefits Camp Hopetake, a week-long summer camp we host in Tampa for previously burned children of all ages. This year we are celebrating the 30th year of this special camp!!
Camp Hopetake provides a safe and supportive environment for kids to share their feelings and interact with other young burn victims from all over Florida. The camp is free of charge to all the who attend. This non-threatening atmosphere allows them to enjoy activities including going to Busch Gardens, Universal Studios, Disneyworld, Adventure Island,A Tampa Bay Rays game, swimming, bowling, fishing, games, crafts, movies and more as they cope with the social and emotional scars associated with their injuries.

5K: $30 10/02/20 - 10/02/20; $35 race day—chip timed race
1 Mile: $15 until 10/02/20; $20 race day—not chip timed

5K: Dri-fit gender specific race shirt, guaranteed if registered by Saturday, 9/19/20 , Bib & Finisher medal!
