ZooTampa Kids Fun Run

Run, hop, or crawl your way to the ZooTampa Kids Fun Run presented by Muma Children's Hospital at TGH. This kid-friendly event features four exciting races; a Diaper Dash and Toddler Trot, a 1K or 2K Fun Run. Don’t miss this unique event that encourages a healthy lifestyle while enjoying wildlife! All registrations include:

• Entry into ZooTampa for the day of the race (not applicable for any other date)
• Race Bib
• Race Medal 
• Race Bag
• T-Shirt 
• Access to Race Day Expo (7am-10:30am)

Race Day Details:

• Gates open at 6:30am. Entry will be at the Saunders Pavilion located to the right of the main entrance. Parking is free for all guests.
• Participants will receive their race packets upon entry. 
• Participants will need to be at the starting line 15 minutes before race start time. 
  • PARENTS: Parents will be able to run with your child for the 1K, Toddler Trot, and Diaper Dash. Parents will have a designated section for viewing the 2K race but will not be allowed to race with your child. If special accommodations need to be made, please see a race representative upon arrival. This event is for children only.  
• After the race, participants and their families are invited to explore the Race Day Expo in Saunders Pavilion until 10:30am.
  • All participants and their families will be required to exit the Zoo upon completion of the event.
  • If you would like to visit the Zoo for the day, you will need to enter through the main gates at Zoo opening (9:30am) and show your Membership card or general admission ticket. Reminder: race participants receive FREE admission for the day.
