We all love Buddy Baseball and the chance to support this incredible organization that provides kids with special needs the opportunity to play ball! We're glad to be back with our in-person race, but will also be offering a virtual option to allow people from all over the country to participate! So sign up today and refer your friends and family! Referrals can even lead to registration rebates.
The Buddy Run is put on by Congregation Beth Am Tampa and benefits Buddy Baseball, a non-competitive recreational league for boys and girls with special needs based in Temple Terrace, FL. Each player is paired with a “Buddy” to assist the player as needed. The league fosters friendships and breaks down barriers. Buddy Baseball is an opportunity like no other for children with special needs. Not only do the players experience the thrill of participating, they also get to experience team play and camaraderie. The Buddy Run is the largest fundraiser of Buddy Baseball and helps keep participant costs affordable for all.
Pre-race packet pick up will be held on Saturday, November 4 from 3 - 5 pm at The Running Center - Tampa on 14427 N. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL, 33618
The road to the back parking lot has been raised and paved! Please note, a $2 cash fee per vehicle will be charged upon entry to the park. This usage fee is standard for all Hillsborough County parks and helps maintain this beautiful green space!
