Here’s how to join

1. Sign Up: Registration is free! You’ll also have the option to purchase your local chapter’s t-shirt to represent your community.
2. Run or Walk: Participate virtually on your own schedule or join an in-person group fun run hosted by a local chapter near you.
3. Upload Your Results: Complete your 5K run or walk and upload your results anytime between January 1st and February 28th, 2025.
