Welcome to the 6th Annual Bridge the Gap 5K
Join us 2/15/2025 for a beautiful 5K run beginning at Ocean Walk Singer Island and across the 65 feet high Blue Heron Bridge.
- Prerace: Coffee, bananas, bars.
- Post race: DJ Dance party, vendor booths
- Age Group Awards (5-year age groups, 3 deep)
- Ruck Division, a special division to walk with a ruck sack, weighted vest/ backpack.

Proceeds from this event benefit Take Stock in Children Palm Beach County and provide scholarships, mentors, and hope for low-income students.
RACE BENEFICIARY
Bridge the Gap 5K is a Take Stock in Children Palm Beach County sponsored event. All Proceeds from this event go to purchase Florida Prepaid college tuition scholarships for low-income & at-risk youth in the Take Stock in Children Palm Beach County program. Donations to scholarships are matched dollar-for-dollar.

PACKET PICKUP & REGISTRATION
What is included in the race packet? Your packet includes your race bib, race shirt. You are required to wear the race bib on race day.
Where do I pick up my race packet?
Thursday February 13 from 4pm to 6pam (drive through packet pickup)

Can I pick up my packet or register at the race site on the morning of the race?
Race day packet pickup will be available 6AM- 7:15AM
RACE DAY
The race will start at 7:30AM.
There is plenty of parking in the Ocean Mall parking a lot and across the street in the Singer Island Corporate Center parking garage. Signs will be posted.
Will there be water stations on the course?
Yes, there will be 2 water stations on the course.
What can I expect at the finish line?
Bottled water and finisher medals will be handed out at the finish line.
POST-RACE
Will you offer any post-race snacks?
Yes, there will be a light breakfast served along with beer or mimosa. Runners will need to use the tear-offs on their race bibs to obtain food and beverage.
Where will I find the race results?
Use the QR code on the race bib for race results.
I won an award. Will there be an awards ceremony?
Congratulations! We have a beautiful award for you at the conclusion of the run on the oceanside sidewalk.
