Patient Family Team Sponsorship
Our pediatric cancer patients and their families can create a Patient Family Team Sponsorship at just $500 for 50 participants. This comes out to just $10 per participant and is offered to families who have experienced a pediatric cancer diagnosis and their guests only.
Patient Family Team Sponsor—$500
Patient Family Team sponsorships are available to families who have experienced a pediatric cancer diagnosis and their guests only. Businesses unaffiliated with a current or former patient are not eligible for this type of sponsorship.
INCLUDES:
- 50 Participants & Shirts
- Team name or logo on back of event shirts, if submitted by March 6
- Reserved lawn space with custom team sign
- Patient photo included on event banner

Create & Pay for a Patient Family Sponsorship
To register and pay for a Patient Family Team Sponsorship, you will...
- Register yourself as a walker or runner and choose "Walk/Run Team" Patient Family Team Sponsor $500 under Team or Sponsor Type
- pay for the entire sponsorship at checkout
Your sponsor team members can then sign up for free under your team sponsorship name.
Pay for a Patient Family Sponsorship Team & Get Reimbursed
Many families who qualify for the Patient Family Team Sponsorship will pay up front and then collect $10 from each of their 50 included team members.

Can't pay up front?
Payment for the $500 Patient Family Team Sponsorship is due by event day. Your team's fundraising page can be used to collect funds towards your sponsorship.

- pay for the sponsorship by raising $500 or more on your team's fundraising page OR pay for the sponsorship by event day via cash/check/or credit card
Your sponsor team members can then sign up for free under your team sponsorship name.
Join a Patient Family Team
Search for a team to join on the Find a Team page. Click "Join Team" and register as a walker or runner.
Create a Team for Self-Pay
Start a team, cover your own cost, and allow supporters to pay and join.
Register yourself as a walker or runner and choose "Walk/Run Team" under Team or Sponsor Type. You'll only pay for your registration.
Future team members pay for their registration and then join your team.
*Self-pay teams do not receive the perks of a sponsorship as listed above.
