The Sunday, March 15 event will take place at Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie. We have a suggested 5K route in the Shoppes at South Hills parking lot, but this run/walk is all about your pace and your distance. A full 5K will be about three laps, but feel free to run or walk one, two, three... or however many laps you're feeling!

BONUS: On will be joining us with demos of their newly updated Cloudrunner 3 and Cloudmonster 3. Try either shoe out for FREE during the run.
Shamrock SWAG!
All participants will receive the following with their entry fee:
- A custom-designed Shamrock Fun Run race bib
- A custom-designed Shamrock Fun Run finisher's medal (image coming soon)
- A Shamrock Fun Run pint glass (image below)
An email with additional details about the event, including bib/SWAG pickup times, will be sent to all registered participants on Friday, 3/13. Please be sure that you register with a valid email address and that you check it regularly; otherwise, you risk missing important communications. While we think our emails are fun and important, they sometimes end up in Spam or Junk folders, so please check there before reaching out to us with any questions.

Yes, we can accommodate strollers for this event, but the run/walk takes place in the Shoppes at South Hills parking lot, and the roads will be open to cars. So, if you're rolling with a stroller, just be cool with that and super careful, especially around other folks and when you're going up or down hills – give everyone some space. If you've got a stroller, we ask that you hang back a bit at the start so the crowd can spread out.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs for this event. We love furry buddies, but please leave them at home.
This is an untimed fun run. The event is entirely open to all paces, levels, and abilities, including those working toward a 5K goal.
We will not have a waitlist for this event, and it is limited to 60 people. If you are considering registering, don't wait and miss out!
Yes! Since this is an untimed fun run, you can have someone use your name to pick up your bib and run in your place. If they are buying the spot from you, you would handle the economics of that on your end; we don't resell spaces.
The event will happen rain or shine, and we would only not run or delay the start time if there are dangerous conditions such as thunder and lightning. Any updates due to weather considerations will be sent to all participants via email.
There won't be any water provided. You should bring whatever you think you will need.
Yes, you can grab your SWAG anytime during normal business hours. We ask that you please pick it up by Sunday, 3/22. After that date, everything will be repurposed. If you cannot pick up your SWAG by this deadline, please email us at info@fleetfeetpoughkeepsie.com to request an extension.
