Ready Set Ragnar Training Program

Each 8-runner Ragnar Trail Team will complete three trail loops each in a 24 hour period. The trail loops feature a smooth single track, challenging climbs, and spectacular scenic views! Our 8-week training program will prepare you to be able to compete in this incredible event, and have fun while doing it! We will train on hills, in trails, and on gravel. We will have long run days and speed days to help you get stronger, faster, and more mentally tough! Join now to be a part of this amazing program. The first two training sessions will be at Etowah River Park in Canton. Then the remaining training sessions will be at Boling Park. All the training sessions will be on Wednesdays and Fridays at 7 a.m. starting February 21st and ending on April 19th, 2024. The program's one-time fee is $125 per person and it includes a running swag bag, a t-shirt, and a discount in the Fleet Feet Canton store.

Attend the informational meeting on Thursday, February 1st, 2024, or Monday, February 19th, both meetings will start at 6:30 p.m. at Fleet Feet Canton (1431 Riverstone Parkway, Canton, GA 30114).
