Description
The Kennesaw Mountain HS Cross Country team presents: The First ever Jr. Mustangs Running Camp!
Whether you are trying to get in shape, want to learn about running as a sport or want to compete as a Cross Country athlete – this is the camp for YOU!
Runners will:
- Enjoy on and off campus group runs each day
- Learn about goal setting, injury prevention, the sport of cross country, and much more.
- Hear presentations given by KMHS Coaches and other special guests.
- Participate in camp games that are sure to keep them moving.
- Compete in our famous Wacky Banana Relay.
- Finish the week off with a fun and challenging obstacle course run and cookout.
