The course is over soft surfaced and paved trails of LENORA PARK , one of Gwinnett County’scenic parks on Lenora Church Road. Proceeds from the race will support the Meadowcreek High School Cross Country Program.

Packet Pick Up is Friday, February 1, 2019 from 5pm-7pm in front of Meadowcreek High School and race day 7:00am -8:00am at LENORA PARK
1st -3rd medals for Masters 13 and under then age categories for men and women are 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 -59, 60 and above 5K Race time starts at 8:30am

The starting line is in an open grassy area near the FOOTBALL FIELD AT LENORA PARK. The course starts in an open field as contestants enter the trails abou 50 meters from the starting line following the gravel path into the Lenora Park mike loop then meandering along an open field into some little know trails near the entrance of the park.
The second mile consists of an open grassy area for about 400 meters before entering some narrow trails systems near the park entrance. After the second mile mark, the trail widens to an area where the course leads you back to the mile loop to finish.
