Description
Swim the famous Ironman World Championship swim course. It's a beautiful 2.4 swim in Kailua Bay. During the swim you'll definitely see some sea life. Dolphins, sting rays and sometimes a manta ray are all possibilities and you'll definitely see lots of different fish.

7:30-8:30 AM - Swimmer Check In.

7:45-8:30 AM - Swim Warm Up. * Water will not be guarded during this period.

8:45 AM - Mandatory Athlete Meeting/Course Layout/Safety Overview.

9:00 AM - In Water Mass Start. Self seed according to your ability/finish time. *Please wear the provided race swim cap and make sure you are body marked with your race number!!
