Deferrals

• No deferrals are being offered

• Registrants have the option to switch their event to virtual, transfer their bib to another participant, or switch their event distance (if spots available).

Switch to Virtual

• No cost

• Registrants can switch to virtual by logging into their RunSignUp account prior to Monday, 4/28/25

• After Monday, 4/28/25, registrants will need to email julie.drabenstadt@ymcaharrisburg.org

Bib Transfers

• Bib transfers must be initiated and completed by Monday, 4/28/25

• No bib transfers will be permitted after Monday, 4/28/25

• Limited based on number of spots available

• Registrants can change their event distance by logging into their RunSignUp account prior to Monday, 4/28/25
