Enders | YMCA Harrisburg Marathon, Half, and Relay

AID STATIONS AND SPORTS DRINK

There will be four aid stations on the course (map above).

You will hit two of them twice per lap and two of them once per lap.

There will be Gatorade (Frost Glacier Freeze) and water at all aid stations. The Gatorade will be in cups, and the water will be in 8oz bottles. 

Participants are also welcome to carry their own hydration packs and nutrition along with them.

Porta-potties will be located at the start/finish area, by all aid stations, and at additional locations throughout the course. 

WATER BOTTLES

Water will be served in bottles like the one below. The caps will be on and you will have to twist them off. There will be trash cans staggered after the water stops so you will have some distance to run and drink before you dispose of them.  

GATORADE

Gatorade will be available at all aid stations. The Gatorade flavor will be Frost Glacier Freeze, and will be served in cups. There will be trash cans staggered after the water stops so you will have some distance to run and drink before you dispose of them.
