REGISTRATION

• I forgot to purchase a race add-on (packet shipping, decals, merch, etc.). How can I add those to my registration? 
  • Registration add-ons can be managed through your RunSignup profile or by clicking the Manage Registration link on your confirmation email. Full detailed instructions to managing your registration add-ons can be found by clicking HERE. 
• What is registration insurance? What is covered by registration insurance?
  • Registration insurance is offered through a third party provider and must be purchased at the time of registration. The insurance covers your registration fees if you are unable to attend the event for a variety of reasons including injury or illness, work travel, family illness, severe weather, etc. For more details about RegShield click HERE. 
• I need to claim my registration insurance. How do I do that? 
  • To file a claim click the "File A Refund Request" button at the bottom of your confirmation mail. Alternatively, you can visit https://www.fanshield.com/file-a-refund-request .
