Come join the Boise Area Runners (BAR) on May 3-5 at the McCall Outdoor Science School (MOSS) in McCall for a weekend of running, learning, and fun! Geared for beginning and experienced runners alike.
Our goal is to help you improve all aspects of your running. The conference features dynamic and interactive sessions covering:

9:30 - 10:15 am: Breakfast
11:00 am: Check-Out of MOSS, Head Back to Boise
When you sign up, be sure to indicate any dietary restrictions (vegetarian/vegan and/or gluten intolerance) or physical concerns. Located inside Ponderosa State Park, MOSS accommodations will be in bunkhouses. Bring your own bedding, linens and toiletries. MOSS will provide the bottom sheet. The bunkhouses are heated and quite comfortable but this is rustic (think youth camp).
Have fun, learn tips to enhance your running at any level, and meet up with a great group of runners!
