Get ready to roll at the Idaho Stroller Strut 5K, a fun and family-friendly race supporting the Treasure Valley YMCA, the Idaho Diaper Bank, and the Treasure Valley Ronald McDonald House! Whether you’re pushing a stroller, walking with friends, or running for a cause, this event is all about community, fitness, and giving back.

Your participation helps raise funds for the YMCA’s programs while also supporting local families in need through our diaper drive and wishlist item collection. Bring a pack of diapers for the Idaho Diaper Bank or donate essential items for the Ronald McDonald House to make an even bigger impact!

Please bring an item from the following Ronald McDonald House Charity wish list to the registration table/bib pickup:

1. Baby food
2. Squeeze pouches for toddlers
3. Snacks for toddlers
4. Instant perinatal ice packs
5. Lanolin nipple cream
6. Witch hazel
7. Perinatal squirt bottles
8. Dermoplast spray

Alternatively, bring new, unopened diapers sizes 3-6. All diaper donations will be distributed to struggling moms by the Idaho Diaper Bank.
