5K For COFFEE - and CASA!

5k For Coffee...and CASA! 

This 4th ANNUAL event will once again benefit CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of East Central Illinois!  NOVEMBER 9th!

CASA advocates are appointed by the Juvenile Court Judge to determine the best interests of children in the juvenile court system due to abuse and neglect. They currently serve 189 children in Coles and Cumberland counties.

WHERE:
The race starts and finishes just west of O'Brien Stadium at EIU, Charleston Illinois!  
WHEN:
November 9, 2024.     Packet pickup 7:30a race day.  Race starts at 9am! 

NEW this year is a Fun Run/Walk!  This starts 5 minutes after the 5k runners take off!

SWAG:
As a premier sponsor, Starbucks (Mattoon & Charleston) will provide registration and, of course, COFFEE! 
Chip timed event!

Finisher Medal
Top finisher awards - multiple age group awards including youth!

Water provided throughout with one water stand at roughly 1.5 miles. Refreshments provided! 

*Registrations/walk-ups accepted on race day - but not guaranteed a shirt unless registration is received prior to NOVEMBER 1ST!  Extras will be ordered but will be on a first come, first serve basis.
