Description
It's time to sham-rock-run! The Crete Community Runners Association is hosting our 2nd annual St. Patrick's themed fun run - the Running o' the Path! In conjunction with the Crete Park District, we will be running and walking the beautiful Crete Bike Trail! The path is approximately 2.7 miles - just under a 5k. We will begin the race at Lions Park and make our way down the trail and back. This is an untimed event, so feel free to run, jog or walk at your own pace. Watch for surprises along the trail...you just might spot a leprechaun!
This is a FREE community event for all ages and paces. The CCRA will be collecting donations that will allow us to continue to provide FREE events to Crete and surrounding residents!
