Friday, December 11 | Hickory Point Golf Course | Trees on the Tees
The Jolly Jog is back with a brand-new home! This year we’re teaming up with the Decatur Park District to run through Trees on the Tees, a 1.4-mile loop lined with light displays and decorated Christmas trees at Hickory Point Golf Course. We’ll head out after sunset, before the evening walking tours, so you’ll see the lights glowing as you go.
Everyone gets a FULL SANTA SUIT! Yes, the whole thing. Adult and kids’ sizes are available (one size fits most).
LIMITED TO 100 SANTAS! Spots will go fast.
Registration
$30 per participant ($35 after 12-1)
Non-running family and friends are welcome to join the after-party for $10 per person.
Schedule
4:00-4:45 PM: Check-in at the Hickory Point banquet center
4:55 PM: Jolly Jog starts
After the run: Post-party in the banquet center and around the fire pits, with barbecue, pizza from Papa Murphy’s, and desserts from Coffee Connection. A cash bar will be available for those 21+.
Santa Suit Pickup at Fleet Feet Decatur
Tue 12/8: Noon-6pm
Wed 12/9: Noon-6pm
Thu 12/10: Noon- 6pm
Picking up early is strongly encouraged so you can walk right in on race night. Last-minute pickup at check-in, 4:00–4:45 PM
Parking
Parking is available in the main lot at Hickory Point (first come, first served). Trees on the Tees is busy, so arrive early. Shuttles will start running at 4:30 for us if you wanted to park in a satellite lot.

Please bring an unwrapped gift and/or a monetary donation for DOVE Inc. Care and Share program.
Raffle and Secret Santa
All participants will be entered in a Secret Santa drawing, and we’ll be selling raffle tickets for great packages from or sponsors, plus a pair of Asics running shoes!
This is a fun run/walk. It’s not timed, just bragging rights. Running, jogging, and walking are all welcome.
All participants under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
In case of snow or ice on the path, the event may switch to walk-only / be adjusted, with updates sent by email.
