Run for the Dogs 5K features a fast, flat, and scenic course and proceeds from this event support Chicagoland Lab Rescue!
Join us on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at either 8:30 am or 10:00 am for an exciting event that features the scenic views of Blue Star Memorial Woods, Glenview, IL and supports Chicagoland Lab Rescue. With awesome swag for all dog lovers and runners, this race is a sure thing for a great doggy good time! This race is timed and scored by J3 Timing. Results will be posted at www.J3Timing.com.

Can I Run with My Pet? Absolutely! We are running to support pets, pet lovers, and animal charities! So you can run or walk with or without your pet!

Start Time: All Participants will start at either 8:30 am or 10: 00 am.
Packet Pickup: will be on race day beginning 1 hour prior to race start time.

Our Mission is Rescuing, rehabilitating and re-homing dogs in the Chicagoland area especially labs.
Course Map
The race course is a fast and flat paved route through the scenic Blue Star Memorial Woods Preserve. This is a super fun and scenic course and a great spot for a personal best time! The course is very suitable for both runners and walkers. Click Here to view an interactive map
