Run for Pizza - Fun Run/Walk

Come out and enjoy a fun filled Saturday that includes pizza, what's better than that?! On Saturday, April 10th the Highland Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting a fun run/walk 5k starting at Lindendale Park in Highland, IL. The Run for Pizza Fun Run/Walk will consist of various local pizza vendors being placed a different points on the route, the participants will stop at each point and eat a slice of pizza before continuing on the route, don't worry the pizza slices will be smaller than the average slice of pizza! This event will not be timed due to stopping and having to eat a slice of pizza before moving on; because this is a fun run/walk there will be no awards for the fastest runners/walkers.
