The Children’s Advocacy Center of North and Northwest Cook County (CAC) is excited to be hosting the Champions for Children 5K in partnership with the Hoffman Estates Police Department this year! We’re looking forward to connecting with our community once again at our Hoffman Estates location on June 24, 2023. Take part in our fun, kid-friendly 50-yard dash before the race for $5!
In 2022, CAC served over 1,300 children in the north and northwest suburbs. These children have experienced and witnessed more heartache than anyone should in a lifetime. Your support helps give children and their families a second chance to reclaim their futures! Be a Champion for Children and register today as an individual, or team or simply donate to the cause!
5K registration includes an event t-shirt and custom finisher medal. Register by June 9 to guarantee a shirt, size, and medal!

The Children’s Advocacy Center of North and Northwest Cook County (CAC) serves as the leading resource to empower and heal children who have been impacted by abuse and prevent violence against children. Founded in 1989, the Center provides investigative, advocacy, medical, and therapeutic services for children who have been sexually or severely physically abused and the non-offending members of their families. All services are provided at no cost to families and are available in English and Spanish.
Last year, CAC provided free, confidential services for over 1,300 children and adults whose lives were impacted by child abuse and family violence.
