Lace up your running shoes and join us in conquering the 48th Annual Lincolnwood Turkey Trot!

The 49th Annual Lincolnwood Turkey Trot tradition is back again for another year! This CARA certified, USATF-Certified, (IL-14162-JW), chip-timed 5K/10K race and 5K fitness walk takes you through scenic Lincolnwood, featuring a flat, fast course perfect for novice as well as experienced runners and walkers. For our youngest athletes (6 years of age and under), the Drumstick Dash is the perfect way to round out this historic running event!

Turkey Swag

All registered racers will receive a Turkey Trot Long-Sleeved Race Shirt, 2025 Race Bib that is specific to the race you registered for, and a 2025 Finisher’s Medal upon crossing the Finish Line!

Packet Pick-Up

Packet pickup is available at the Parks and Recreation Department in the Community Center (4170 Morse Ave.) and will begin on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19th at 9am. Saturday's pickup hours have been extended this year! YES, you can pickup for another runner, just please double-check that the runner or runners are aware you are picking up on their behalf. If you are picking up for a group/family with more than 4 people in it, please have each runner's full name written down to provide to staff. If you registered for the wrong size shirt, you can swap it out AFTER the race on race day morning in the Packet Pickup Tent.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 19th: 9a-5p

THURSDAY, NOV. 20th: 9a-7p

FRIDAY, NOV. 21: 7a-5p

SATURDAY, NOV. 22: 9a-1p

RACE DAY: SUNDAY, NOV. 23rd: 6:30a in Race Village near the Aquatic Center in Proesel Park, under the white Packet Pickup Tent

***Included in your packet will be your Turkey Trot long sleeved shirt, race bib, and pins! Early packet pickup is strongly encouraged!

Awards

All racers will receive a custom, Lincolnwood Turkey Trot Finisher's Medal upon crossing the Finish Line!

Overall winners will be awarded off of the gun time start, age division winners will be awarded off of the chip time. Race medals will be awarded for 1st – 3rd place finishers in each age division, male and female, in each race. Awards will be given to the top male and female Lincolnwood finisher in each race, and to each male and female overall winner in each race.

Age-place award winners will be emailed beginning the week of December 1, 2025. Award winners can begin coming in to the Parks and Recreation Office beginning Tuesday, December 2, 2025 to pickup their awards. The office is open from 9a-5p.
