Description
RockRiver Multisport's Screw City Duathlon and 2 mile run/walk
** REGISTER BY JULY 8, 2024 TO GUARANTEE A SHIRT & SIZE **.
Multiple Events:
** A Duathlon consisting of a 2-mile run followed by 14 miles on your bike then finishing up with another 2-mile run.
** Duathlon Team Relay
** 2 Mile Run/Walk
** Post Race Fitness Challenge
All Races begins and finishes at Peak Sports Club, located at 4401 Peak Drive, Loves Park, IL
Race as an individual or put together a team.

FREE - to all Screw City Event Racers!!
Rock River Multisport offer a FREE Post Race Fitness Challenge to ALL Screw City Duathlon Participants.
The course will be a speed run, something that can be completed in 2 -5 mins or so - WITH OBSTACLES SIMILAR TO LAST YEAR!!
* Tire Flip - Racer will need to complete at least 3 flips
* Double Bucket Carry - Racer will carry the bucket(s) around the marked area. (1 bucket can be done as well).
* Medicine Ball Squats -Races will complete 10 squats.
* Cargo Net Crawl - Racers crawl under the cargo net and run into the finish line.
Can be done single or head-to-head with your racing buddies!
Everyone who participates will be entered into a drawing for a $100 cash! You don't have to do it the fastest for a chance to win - you just have to do it!!
