Indoor Triathlon Benefitting the Crisis Center of South Suburbia

The indoor triathlon benefitting the Crisis Center for South Suburbia is back on March 8th! After a one year hiatus, the race is BACK with the same format. All proceeds will benefit the Crisis Center for South Suburbia, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families: https://crisisctr.org/

The format of the race is 15 minutes of each discipline: pool swim, stationary bike, indoor track run. There will be a 10 minute transition period between the swim and bike, and a 5 minute transition period between the bike and the run.

Total distance is recorded for each discipline and each individual is ranked by their total distance to determine the winners. 

This is a fun, non-competitive event that benefits an impactful community organization. There are no prizes, just purpose. Join us on March 8th.
