Race Sponsorship Opportunities
The Old King Coal Festival is adding a new event in 2023. We are having a 5K Run/Walk Race.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2025.
We are seeking sponsorship donations for this event. Each sponsor will receive a t-shirt with
their business logo or name on the back. We are also encouraging individual sponsorships to
honor/in memory of a coal miner or someone in the coal-mining industry. The coal miner's
name will be listed on the back of the t-shirt.
Sponsorship will be $50.00 per spot and all checks need to be made payable to Old King Coal
Festival.
Your sponsorship for this event will go towards the support of the coal miner's park and
memorial by the railroad tracks, downtown West Frankfort. Thank you very much for your time
