2019 Epic Run Club End of Year Celebration Dinner

Cash bar opens at 5:30 pm with Buffet Style Dinner at 6:00 pm.

Cost - $20 per person.

You and your guest are invited to come and celebrate the season with all your friends from the Epic Run Club.  Our run club members have a lot to be proud of this year, and we want to celebrate those successes as well.  After dinner there will be a short program where Coach Mike Else will share information about some exciting changes for the Epic Run Club that are coming in the new year, and Coach will also be presenting jackets to those who completed the entire 2019 Epic Race series.  There will also be a white elephant gift exchange ($15 maximum) for any who are interested in participating.  Please also have your guest bring a gift if they would like to participate in the exchange.

Those interested in signing up for the dinner can do so through the sign up link at the top of this page.  All dinner reservations must be submitted by December 5.   For those who have signed up for our virtual Christmas Story 5K Run, which will take place earlier that day, more information will be coming, and the race location will be announced soon.  For those still interested in signing up for the 5K race, you have until November 15 to do so if you want to participate as part of the Epic group.
