1st Annual - Run for Your Life Races at Robinson Lake

Get Ready for a Spook-tacular Time!  

Join us at Robinson Lake Park for our 1st annual Run for Your Life Race at Robinson Lake. We'll have a Family Fun Run and a 5K Race that will leave you screaming for more!
 

Event Details:
 Date: October 25th, 2025 
Time: 5 PM - Registration Check In
 6 PM - Family Fun Run
6:30 PM - 5k Race
 Bring a headlamp or flashlight, as it may be dark on the trails!

 Location: Robinson Lake Park located at  5240 S. Liverpool Rd. Hobart, Indiana 46323

Get Creative!  
Costume Contest: Dress up in your spookiest or most creative costume for a chance to win prizes! 
Glow Items Encouraged: Add some glow sticks, neon lights, or glow-in-the-dark accessories to your outfit for an extra-spooky effect! We'll have glow stations to pick up some glow gear, as well! 

More Than Just a Run...   
Beer Garden: Relax and unwind with a cold brew after your run. 

Food Truck: Savor delicious eats from our food truck vendor. Your taste buds will thank you!

Entertainment: Enjoy a DJ with music and spooky tunes to set the mood. 

Fun Photo Ops: Snap some eerie photos with our spooky scenes.

Scare Characters: Be prepared for some frightful encounters on the trails! 

Run Details: 
Family Fun Run: A fun, non-timed run for all ages and skill levels. Pick up fun glow items along the trail and take fun photo ops with the family!  This is a non-paved route around Robinson Lake.
5K Race: A timed run including a bib and chip for those looking for a challenge. Awards will be given to the top runner in the listed age groups. We'll give aa award for the fastest male overall and female overall. Some of the route will not be paved on this run.
Medals for All:  Pick up your medal for finishing both the family fun run or 5k race. 

Awards will be given for top runners in each age group for the 5k Race: 18-20, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. 

Tee shirts will be available for purchase on the day of the race.

No dogs, strollers, bicycles, in-line skates, scooters, or wheeled vehicles are allowed on the course.
