Event Day Details

Thank you for registering for the Run for Hope! We’re excited to partner with the community to spread the word of our mission to provide shelter, recovery, and hope for our neighbors who need it most through the love of Jesus. Here’s what to expect:

1.        6:30 am: Check in and swag bag pick-up opens inside The Gathering Place, 123 S Buffalo St. Food trucks will be open for purchase of breakfast items. Free parking is available to participants and spectators (see parking map below)

2.        7:45 am: Opening remarks by Eric Lane, Executive Director of Fellowship Missions

3.        7:55 am: All 5K and half-marathon runners line up for start of race

4.        8:00 am: 5K and half-marathon races start simultaneously

5.        All runners receive participant medal as they cross the finish line

•         1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place 5K runners for men’s and women’s categories will receive their finisher medal and an award as they cross the finish  line
•         1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place half-marathon runners for men’s and women’s categories will receive their finisher medal and an award as they cross the finish line

5.        8:00 am – 2:30 pm: Friends, family, runners, and supporters of the runners can enjoy any of the following: sign making station, food trucks, local coffee shops and restaurants!
