Spring Tonic

Run or walk a Jennings County tradition with a spring in your step! We're teaming up with the Jennings County Historical Society and Friends of Historic Vernon to bring you the Spring Tonic 5K Run & Walk and the Tea Time 1-Miler. Proceeds will go towards improving the Vernon Gym at the Vawter Recreational Center!

The 5K will start and end at the Vernon Gym and include a scenic run through the Town of Vernon and the countryside along the Muscatatuck River. The 1-Miler will take participants through the Vernon Cemetery. We will have access to restrooms at the start area! Participants 5 & under can register for free (must be accompanied by an adult) and participants ages 6-17 can register for 50% off!
