Wolcottville Fun Run 1 mile dash/ 5k

On Saturday, August 31, 2024 the Wolcottville fun run 1 mile dash / 5K Will be taking place as a part of the Wolcottville annual mill festival. The event will feature two races designed for runners of all ages and experience levels.  Pre-registration cost is $20 for the 1 mile fun run  ( 13 and Younger ) and $25 for the 5K. Open registration will be available on race day, Limited T-shirts.

we will kick things off at 9 AM with the 1 mile fun run. the whole mile is a tunnel of trees with bubbles!!! All kids will get a medal for participation, and a timer will show your completion time.  Both races will begin at 2323 E. 1150 N., Wolcottville, Field of dreams. At 9:20 AM the 5K will begin.  It’s a beautiful 1/2 mile trail tunnel of trees to Main St. north to cemetery Street, west to a stunning cemetery with tunnels of trees. We do a loop through the cemetery then go north on first Street to town hall, which will be a water stop. Take Main Street back to the railroad tracks through the tunnel of trees where we began.  Immediately following the races, prices will be awarded to the top three men and women overall and the winner in each age division. 5k will be electronically timed.

   All proceeds will go back to the town of Wolcottville and the community.  Our vision is to clean up, restore and provide a family atmosphere. Thank-you for your contribution!

Shirts will be ordered through August 19. Extra shirts will be ordered first come first serve until they run out.
