Can you endure the standard? 100 Miles in 30 days. That breaks down to 3.33 miles every single day or 23.3 miles a week. While the rest of the world shuts down, retreats indoors, and trades discipline for comfort, we step onto the proving ground.

This is not a casual jog; it is a tactical test of mental toughness, relentless grit, and operational discipline under winter conditions. When the temperature plummits, the daylight fades, and every instinct tells you to stay warm inside: Will you find a way, or will you find an excuse?

THE OPERATIONAL RULES

THE MISSION: Log 100 running miles in 30 days. Any clime, any place.

THE STANDARD: NO EXCUSES. If you have to ask if walking counts, you are in the wrong arena. No walking. No hiking. No treadmills. Real outdoor asphalt, dirt, and sub-zero miles. Embrace the elements and own every stride.

THE TRACKING: For this year's challenge, RunSignUp will track your official miles. All participants are required to register and log their miles directly through the official challenge portal. Runs will be audited and verified by the Winter 100 staff via Strava. Sync your device (Garmin, Apple Watch, Coros, or Nike Run Club) to Strava—if our staff cannot cross-verify your run on Strava, it didn't happen.

REGISTRATION INTEL: Registration and challenge logs go live on RunSignUp 30 days prior to launch. Lock in your roster spot, sync your Strava account for staff validation, and get your comms in order.

THE FINISHER REWARD & HONORS

THE FINISHER MEDAL: Every warrior who logs 100+ verified outdoor miles within the 30-day window earns the custom "Winter 100" Finisher Medal—a heavy, die-cast antique silver skull etched with the tally of the grind, backed by the official Winter Warrior insignia: Certo Occultus Hostis (100 Miles • 30 Days • No Excuses).
