This winter, take a trip to "The American Spa." Join us at Hot Springs National Park on Saturday, January 20, 2024 for this memorable trail half marathon. Known for its thermal fountains, open springs, mountain views, and stunning forested trails, Hot Springs National Park is one of the most unique and historic locations in the United States. Established before the concept of a national park existed, Hot Springs was the first area to be preserved and set aside by the federal government for future recreation. Ranked as one of the Top 25 National Parks by multiple outlets, Hot Springs is a must visit destination. The Hot Springs Half Marathon occurs mostly within the national park trail system making this a unique opportunity to experience all that Hot Springs has to offer!

Event Swag:

Event participants will receive a premium, moisture-wicking, long-sleeve event shirt, post-race refreshments, and all finishers will receive a custom-crafted, commemorative medal.

Packet Pickup:

Early packet pickup will take place at Trail Mix and race day packet pickup will take place at Run Stop. We highly recommend getting your packet on Friday at early packet pickup to avoid the line on race day.

Shuttle:

There will be a shuttle available to take runners from the finish area back to the start area.

Shuttle Details

SHUTTLE (UPDATED 1/18/2024 at 11:55 AM)

There will be a shuttle after the race running from the Northwoods upper gate back into town. The shuttle will drop off at the public parking lot next to Fat Jack's in downtown Hot Springs. The shuttle will run from 10:30 AM until 2:15 PM.

There are a lot of parking options in downtown Hot Springs. There is no parking available at the finish at this time.
