Saltus Run/Walk

Bring your family and friends for a fun-filled morning at the Saltus 5K, 1 Mile, or—perfect for younger children—one lap around the field (approximately 400m). NEW this year is the Toddler Trot (18-35 months) , a 40m dash for the littlest participants. After the race, enjoy a bouncy castle and a fundraising bake sale at the finish line. Be sure to bring cash if you'd like to buy snacks and baked goods!

All races start and finish on the sports field at the Saltus St John’s Road campus. Saltus students will earn house points for participating, and the year group with the most participants will win a pizza lunch! Non-Saltus students and families are encouraged to participate as well.

ORDER OF EVENTS

1. NEW! Toddler Trot (40m) for children 18 to 35 months
2. 400m Events by age (separated by boys and girls)
3. 5K and 1 Mile Events (1 Mile begins 5 minutes after the start of the 5K)

IMPORTANT DETAILS

• Parking: Available at the Senior School and Upper Primary parking lots, with overflow at Bulls Head.
• Number pick-up: Saturday, November 23 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Alumni Hall. Enter via the front gate on St. John's Road.
• Entry deadline: Online registration is open through Saturday at 6:00 PM. Numbers not picked up on Saturday will be available at the start of the event.

• Toddler Trot (18-35 months) : $5
• Kids 400m, 1 Mile and 5K: $15. INCREASE to 17.50 on Nov 11
• Adults 400m, 1 Mile and 5K: $25. INCREASE to 30.00 on Nov 11

PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

• 1 Mile: Any child under 9 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+) on the course.
• 5K Competitive event: Participants must be 10 years or older. Children under 10 may enter the non-competitive category and must be accompanied by an adult (18+)

• FREE registration for Saltus teachers & Admin staff! Please use coupon code 'Staff" (typed exactly like this) on the payment screen to eliminate any cost.
• STROLLERS are only allowed in the non-competitive walk; please start near the back to avoid interference.
• DOGS are NOT allowed at the Start/Finish area for the safety of participants.
• NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION. Valid overseas credit card is required for payment.
